No Place To Run To: UJPO 100th Contemporary Art Auction

As part of this year’s Big and Beautiful United Jewish People’s Order 100th Birthday celebrations, we are hosting our first ever contemporary art show and auction, featuring amazing, cutting edge artworks, generously donated to us by a group of brilliant creators.

ABOUT THE AUCTION:

Yes, this is a fundraiser for UJPO, to help us grow and thrive as Canada’s cultural, activist and educational home for the Jewish Left, but it is also an amazing opportunity to purchase some wonderful art, by wonderful artists.

HOW IT WORKS:

-To bid on items ahead of our April 21st art show, CLICK HERE. Winning bidders can pick up their pieces in person at Gallery TPW at the end of the evening on April 21st (see below) or contact us for delivery to your door.

-Auction closes at 8:30 pm on April 21, 2026.

We strongly encourage all auction bidders to attend our art show in person, at Gallery TPW, on April 21, to see and bid on the art. Whether you bid on art or not, come and enjoy snacks and drinks, and engage with our community directly. It promises to be a great evening. Come mingle with the artists!

We will be launching a new commissioned work, honouring UJPO’s big 100. This limited-run, affordable Commemorative Hankie, is designed by none other than the great Joey Nicholson-Landau and printed by the Oasis Skateboard Factory.

WHEN: Tuesday, April 21, 7:00pm – 9:00pm

WHERE: Gallery TPW, 170 St Helens Ave, Toronto, ON

ACCESSIBLITY NOTES: Gallery TPW does have ramp access, an accessible ground-floor washroom, and clear, unobstructed pathways within the gallery. Please note that there are no automatic doors at the entrance or washroom and no designated accessible parking nearby.
