Interactive Family Workshop with The Klezmer Kids
About Klezmer Music and Folk Dancing

This exciting inter-generational and interactive workshop for Toronto's Secular Jewish Community School (TSJCS) students and families and the wider community will introduce participants of all ages to the world of klezmer music. Led by the Klezme Kids and their leader Daniel Koulack, the workshop will include an historical overview of klezmer, a demonstration of the techniques of klezmer music, and participatory Eastern European dance led by Helen Winkler.

Prospective parents looking for a supplementary Jewish school for their children are welcome to attend the opening day of our secular humanistic Sunday School.

General admission: $10.00 at the door.
